Sorry that I haven't been active lately. I haven't checked messages either....well, actually, to be honest I don't visit dA much anymore now. I'm more active at twitter (maybe too active), and maybe tumblr, although much less so. I post sketches often on both places.

I'm now completely free though, so I want to submit more finished artworks. I hope it will be worthy to look forward to. I'll try to comment more too (I kept saying that but haven't been very successful...I'm sorry).

But I guess I'm gonna update a bit about what's going on lately too?
I'm going to be a student at LASALLE College of Arts soon this year, taking Diploma in Animation. Wish me luck. Is there anyone of you going there/already there? I'd love to know you.
I've just finished my application for scholarship, and I'm waiting for the results right now. I'll just hope for the best *crosses fingers*.

This journal is for you cosplayers/singers/photographers/dancers/sportspeople who are still in junior/senior high school at Jakarta!

My school, Penabur International Tanjung Duren is having a cup (named '8TERNITY'), with the theme 'Kaleidoscope' soon. It has the following competitions:
Cosplay
Photography
Dancing
Basketball
Futsal
Singing
The event will be held on 14-19 January, and the registration deadline is on 11 January, along with the technical meeting!
I'm....I'm sorry, I know this is quite late. I've only thought of writing this here now. But if you're interested, you can go to the twitter page for more info. The contact info is on the favourites!

Other than competitions, there will be a bazaar and students' art exhibition too (which also features my works! ashdfdh)
The closing night, which is on the 19th, will feature Saykoji and other great bands, along with student performances.

Sorry for not being productive lately. Artblock+school. Sob.

Now let me ramble for a while.

At first I was going to spend my birthday quietly. I didn't really expect anyone to remember (except my family I guess, especially since it's impossible to forget our birthdays??), or do something for me. I mean, it's just my birthday. No big deal. I just hoped my IGCSE speaking test would go well, and maybe do some reflections and wishes later at home and stuff like that.

But it turned out that I underestimated my friends. They didn't only make a small surprise party (though they failed in the 'surprise' part HAHAHA <3) but also

they bought me....a set of Copic markers.......................................

I was kind of overwhelmed by joy+gratitude+love+guilt because it was just amazing and unexpected and I just feel bad because I've never done something special for them before???
I've always been surrounded by wonderful people. It's not only my classmates in senior high school...My friends in elementary+junior also always did this kind of thing. I just feel so...loved. And I really don't deserve all this.

I was actually kind of troubled because of that. Did a bit of self loathing haha. But I guess now I can just strive to be a better person, and to take care of myself and others better.

Other than that, this year has been a wonderful year, and I've learned a lot. It was really significant to my development I guess??? Both skills and character. So many things happened, and I'm grateful to God for that. He's always there for me, and the way He has guided me and directed my life all this time amazes me.

It's been a long time since my last journal! Umm how are you?? Anything to share?

I'm sorry I'm not a very active deviant. I wouldn't be surprised if no one actually cares about this anymore!
But I'm trying to be active on this holiday and be more serious about art as you can see from my submissions lately, and hopefully it will last. I've been trying to comment more and stuff too. Thank you for you who stick around.
I will finish drawings I owe and make more samples for my points commission (which is here and open, by the way!) too and have more options for it within this month. Within this week, even, if possible. I'll force myself into working this time.

By the way, I went to Popcon Asia! I could only go yesterday night though unfortunately, and there wasn't much going on there anymore. But I was still glad I came! I saw many great Indonesian dA artists I admire like ,  , etc.(although only from afar because I was too shy sob).
I wanted to visit other booths like and her friends and join the comic workshops, but they weren't there anymore and the workshops were on Saturday. : ((( I hope I can fully enjoy other cons in Jakarta next time.

Again, thank you for being patient with me. I feel really bad.
